Anime Boston this year was once again both frustrating and enjoyable. Everything was packed as I waited for my brother to get back from work. After arriving at the hotel, my energy was already gone from carrying everything. Our traditional dinner turned out to be something completely different, seeing as how only 6-7 of us out of 28 showed up. But it made things a little easier to get a table and was less of a hassle. The Fugyaku has possibly some of the best Ramen and Sake I've ever tasted.

Everyone at the Artist Alley table were all super friendly and good neighbors to one another. It was so great to see many of my firends again. Some, I unfortunately missed. Hard to spot out everoyne with 22,000 people in the building. All we wanted from each other was the best of luck in selling our stuff and getting our names out there. Mine was rather hard to miss having a big red Gyarados lying above it up until I sold it on sunday. I've made plushies for a little while now, but it was the premiere of the plushies at AB. It was a difficult spot to display any of my blankets or costumes, which is why none of them were sold. But may of my things were of people's likings.

Specifically my scarves and plushies which were nearly sold out.
Thanks to my friend, Allassin, for helping me out, I was at least able to take a break once in a while and participate in the Hall Cosplay. She drew lots of good attention as Billy from SAW. No way was I gonna let all that work in my Sub Zero and Smoke go to waste. It was a great feeling to have everyone screaming over our 7 second walk on.

But I felt it was worth it. Many amazing costumes this year, including Trinity Blood, Rayearth, and of course, Pokemon. What drove me nuts was all the My Little Pony cosplayers. Some of them were pretty creative with their work, but I never really understood as to how it comes about when something that isn't anime such as ponies and Adventure time become THAT popular in the anime cosplay world. Then again, I'm sure someone out there is asking about Avatar, Sweeny Todd, the NYAN NYAN cat!
I felt very accomplished over this weekend. I'm already having strong debates on what to do about next year. I have so many ideas, wondering whether or not they seem like good or bad ones. If I ever decide to do a performance, I always think it through. It's really not east not to care about what other people think. But well.....whatever.
To all at Anime Boston. Thank you so much for another great year and I'll see you the next year.

Keep an eye out for videos soon.
